CSGR- Centre for the Study of Globalisation and Regionalisation

The CSGR was inaugurated in 1997, at the University of Warwick. The University is the serves to be the largest academic centre in Europe which deals with this subject area. The study of Globalization and Regionalization is an opportunity to learn about the exciting current trends regarding global economy and power shifts in the economy sector around the world. The CSGR- Centre for the Study of Globalization and Regionalization is without a doubt among the most respected centres of the University.

The CSGR is a part of Warwick’s Department of Politics and International Studies, PAIS. The department is directed by Professor Shaun Breslin. Students at the Centre are taught about changes in international political economy, economics, and organized studies, issues of globalisation and regionalisation and law. The department makes an extra conscious effort to maintain quality. It does so through its external networks, such as, GARNET and AGORA. It is in this department that an individual’s skills are recognized and polished to the extent where he or she can act as responsible members of the society. The CSGR- Centre for the Study of Globalisation and Regionalisation allows for an individual to grow on all levels. He is better able to understand problems and reach solutions to it.
